This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is intended to result in a one-time purchase of E-1 surface course aggregate that will be applied to the surface for the Runway, Taxiway and Apron at the airport in Port Lions, Alaska.
Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM prevailing Alaska Time on April 23, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.

If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
