This meeting has been postponed from March 20th to Wednesday, March 24th 12-2 PM.

Fairbanks Area Surface Transportation (FAST) Planning will hold a Policy Board Meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 12-2 PM. This is a hybrid meeting. You can attend in-person at the FAST Planning Office, 100 Cushman Street, Suite 215, Fairbanks, Alaska, or participate by computer, app, or telephone at: www.fastplanning.us/keepup/zoom on the day of the meeting.

  * Annual Audit – Independent Auditor’s Report to Policy Board
  * Annual Tax Return (IRS Form 990) Review
  * Office Lease Amendment for 3-Year Extension
  * Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Deployment Plan
  * Bylaws Update – Technical Committee Membership
  * Comment Letter on Alaska DOT&PF Vulnerable Road User Assessment
