The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a lease for terminal space at Fairbanks International Airport, to be awarded by sealed bid to highest cash bidder.

AREA: Two (2) pre-security locations, 1st Floor, (T1104A & C1901A) and two (2) post-security locations, 2nd Floor, (TC2200B & TC2400C), 11 square feet per location, 44 square feet total
USE: Automated Teller Machine Terminal Lease in the passenger terminal building at Fairbanks International Airport
RATE: $86.85 per square foot per year
RENTAL: $3821.40 per year ($86.85 per square foot per year x 44 square feet = $3,821.40 annually / 12 = $318.45 monthly)
CASH BID: $2,000.00 minimum cash bid
This file is available for inspection during regular business hours Monday through Friday at the Leasing Office, Fairbanks International Airport. Comments or competing applications may be submitted, in writing, to Airport Leasing, Fairbanks International Airport, 6450 Airport Way, Suite 1, Fairbanks, Alaska 99709, on or before 5:00 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2024, after which execution of the lease will be determined.
The Department reserves the right to correct technical defects in the premises description, lease term, or the purposes of any lease issued and may reject any or all applications.
