RFP No. 25242045 – Juneau State Office Building (JSOB) Willoughby Entrance
Renovations Design Services
The Contractor shall provide all professional services necessary to support the successful completion of the project.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately April 2024 to September 2024. Cost of these professional services is estimated to be between $100,000 and $150,000.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than March 11, 2024, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
