Addendum 1 serves to make changes to the RFP. The excel Attachment 5 Cost Proposal Form is deleted in its entirety and replaced with Amended Attachment 5 Cost Proposal Form.

PURPOSE OF THE RFP
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Geological & Geophysical Surveys is soliciting proposals for a qualified contractor to provide as needed electromagnetic data QA/QC, electromagnetic data modelling, electromagnetic system analysis, and other related services.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
In order for offers to be considered responsive offerors must meet these minimum prior experience requirements:

• The offeror must have a minimum three years’ experience with airborne electromagnetic data QA/QC,

• The offeror must have a minimum three years’ experience providing Time domain and frequency domain Airborne Electromagnetic data QC in data space,

• The offeror must have a minimum three years’ experience providing Time domain and frequency domain Airborne Electromagnetic data QC in model space;

• The offeror must have a minimum of two years’ experience performing depth-of-investigation calculations, including the Oldenburg and Li method, and those performed by the software Aarhus Workbench.

• The offeror must have a minimum of three years’ experience performing Electromagnetic System response forward modeling,

• The offeror must have a minimum of two years’ experience performing Figure generation and technical writing.

Offerors must detail in their proposal how they meet the minimum requirements above. Offerors that fail to identify in their proposals how they meet the minimum requirements will be deemed non-responsive.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSAL
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on March 19, 2024, as indicated by postmark or email timestamp and late proposals will not be considered.
