The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Alaska Marine Highway System (AMHS) is soliciting bids to result in a multi-year contract with a qualified contractor to provide private water taxi or passenger charter boat service from a place on the Ketchikan Road system to the Annette Bay Ferry Terminal on Annette Island.

The awarded contractor will be required to transport five (5) AMHS employee crew members to and from the M/V Lituya docked at the AMHS Annette Bay Ferry Terminal Thursday through Monday twice a day. The morning route will depart at approximately 7:45AM. For the evening route, the AMHS crewmembers will need to be picked up at 6:00 P.M. and returned to the Ketchikan Road system where they departed from in the morning.

Bids must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. Alaska Time March 11, 2024, Emailed, faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.
