NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EV 3-385

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources, under the authority of AS 40.15.305, shall hold a public hearing. The hearing concerns a petition submitted by Donald and Teresa Busse to eliminate the common boundary between Lots 1 and 2, Block AA of Big Salt Lake Subdivision, Plat 91-59 Ketchikan Recording District; and replat said lots to facilitate the proposed Busse Subdivision. This replat is located in Section 2, Township 73 South, Range 81 East, Copper River Meridian, Alaska.

The public hearing will be held via teleconference at 11:00am on March 28, 2024.  Persons wishing to attend the public hearing must call 1-800-315-6338; at the prompts enter access code 98627 and #.

Persons wanting only to provide comment on the proposed action must submit their comments in writing. Correspondence must be addressed to Joseph Donohue, DML&W, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 650, Anchorage, AK 99501, or to the email address below, and received by 5:00pm, March 26, 2024, to ensure consideration.
