Fairbanks Area Surface Transportation (FAST) Planning will hold an Interagency Consultation Meeting for the Fairbanks PM2.5 Area Conformity Freeze on the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) and the FFY2023-27 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) on Monday, February 5, 2024, from 10AM to 12PM. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss specific projects within the PM2.5 Area that may be impacted by the Conformity Freeze with the inability to move forward with MTP and TIP Amendments (except for certain Exempt projects). This is a hybrid meeting.
