MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING
January 31st-February 1st

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding meeting on January 31st-February 1st, 2024, to consider its agenda covering marijuana establishment license applications, enforcement, and, if any, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it.

The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on January 31st-February 1st, 2024, and will be held at 333 Willoughby Ave, 9th floor, Conference Room A, Juneau, 99801 AK & Zoom.

The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting.

The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting. The board will reserve a time period on January 31st, for public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment. On regulations projects where written public comment was received in response to a Notice of Proposed Changes and during the opened public comment period, the board will review the written public comment but will not take oral public comments on the regulations project at this meeting.

The State of Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development and the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
