NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, PERMANENT FUND DIVIDEND DIVISION

On December 1, 2023, the Department of Revenue, Permanent Fund Dividend Division adopted regulations in 15 AAC 23 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with the online Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) application database and the PFD Education Raffle.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on December 1, 2023, and are effective on January 1, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 248, January 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
