NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25242034 – Knik Goose Bay Rd Reconstruction, MP 0.3 to 6.8 Centaur Ave to Vine Road Design Support Services

The Contractor shall provide design support services to assist the Contracting Agency to develop and advertise the Knik Goose Bay Road Reconstruction Centaur Ave to Vine Road project. Services are anticipated to include hydrologic and hydraulic engineering, erosion and sediment control plan, traffic management plan, assistance during bidding, project closeout, and construction.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately March 2024 to December 2028.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $250,000 to $500,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available December 20, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than January 17, 2024 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
