The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Army National Guard, Facilities Management Office (FMO) is soliciting for bids from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services as specified in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB).

Mandatory Site Visit: A MANDATORY site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. AKST. Attendees for the site visit are required to contact Gavin Fairbanks at (907) 428-7187 or via email Gavin.Fairbanks@alaska.gov two (2) days prior to the scheduled site visit so arrangements may be made for a base pass. Deadline for Receipt of Quotes: The current deadline for receipt of quotations in response to this ITB is 2:00pm Alaska Time on January 11, 2024. Information on submitting bids can be found in the attached ITB. Late bids will be rejected.
