NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC FACILITIES
On December 3, 2023, the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities adopted regulations in Title 17, Chapter 25 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern commercial vehicle compliance.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on December 12, 2023, and are effective on January 11, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 249, April 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
