Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that three pipeline carriers, Milne Point Pipeline, LLC (Milne Point), Endicott Pipeline Company, LLC (Endicott), and Northstar Pipeline Company, LLC (Northstar) filed TL59-329, TL72-392, and TL43-604, respectively, seeking to revise their intrastate petroleum transportation rates. The pipeline companies have requested an effective date of January 1, 2024. The proposed rate revisions are shown below.
