INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Seward Highway, MP 75-90, Phase III, Project Number 0A31035 / Z581050000, will be received before 2:00 p.m., December 20, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will construct pathway and parking lots between MP 84 of the Seward Highway and Twenty mile River. Project work includes grading, drainage, paving, signage and striping.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The Project completion date will be June 28, 2025.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
