MMCAP Infuse Members are state agencies and political subdivisions throughout the United States. For more information on MMCAP Infuse and its Membership, visit www.infuse-mn.gov (Members or Membership). Membership is available to government-operated facilities, and the extent to which a Member participates in the program is voluntary.  Members can include but are not limited to the following classes of trade: correctional facilities, psychiatric treatment facilities, student health services, public health services, nursing homes, and public hospitals and clinics. One single contract with MMCAP Infuse may eliminate the need for companies to respond to individual facility solicitations that often result in many individual contracts to manage. 

MMCAP Infuse is issuing this RFP to establish contract(s) with qualified nationwide suppliers that provide a product or service that allows Members to easily collect and dispose of pharmaceutical waste after facility use and/or patient disposal of unused pharmaceutical products according to all regulatory requirements. Responders may include commercial and/or consumer drug disposal options to be considered.  It is anticipated that MMCAP Infuse will enter into contracts for an initial two (2) year term, with an option to extend three (3) additional years in increments determined by MMCAP Infuse.

This RFP cannot be used as a means for the Responder and Member to enter into their own standalone agreement and is not intended to produce a pharmaceutical reverse distribution or drug repository programs agreement.
