NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25242030 – Central Region Public Involvement
Event Planning Services 2024

The Contractor shall perform all work necessary to organize, facilitate, and coordinate public involvement event planning for events presenting information on multiple transportation projects being developed within a given geographic area of the Contracting Agency’s Central Region. Geographic areas include the Municipality of Anchorage and the Matanuska-Susitna Borough.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately May 2024 to May 2025.  Cost of these professional services is between $50,000 and $100,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than December 6, 2023 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
