Fairbanks Area Surface Transportation (FAST) Planning will hold a Special Technical Committee Meeting on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 12-1 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to consider approving funding and a proposed scope of work for an Amendment to FAST Planning's 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan to consider adding the Steese Highway/Chena Hot Springs Road Overpass/Bridge Replacement Project. This is a hybrid meeting.
