The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Statewide Contracting & Procurement, is soliciting bids to result in a non-mandatory use contract for the as-needed purchase of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorized parts and service to support various Caterpillar power systems installed on Alaska Marine Highway System vessels.

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. In order to be responsive, the bidder must meet the Prior Experience listed in SEC 1.03 on page 4 of this ITB.

The Bid Opening is scheduled for 2:00 PM (Alaska Time) November 21, 2023, at DOT/PF Headquarters, 3132 Channel Drive, Room 350 in Juneau, Alaska.
