MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING
November 15th – 16th, 2023

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding meeting on November 15th – 16th, 2023, as a continuation to consider its agenda covering marijuana establishment license applications, enforcement, and, if any, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it.
The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on November 15th – 16th, 2023, and will be held at Westmark, 330 Seward St, Sitka, AK 99835. Please consider joining the meeting by Zoom.
The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting.

The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting. On regulations projects where written public comment was received in response to a Notice of Proposed Changes and during the opened public comment period, the board will review the written public comment but will not take oral public comments on the regulations project at this meeting.
