Annual rent: $960.00 and any other associated fees, Authorized uses: Non-aeronautical – Agricultural, including activities common to the cultivation, irrigation and harvesting of a commercial vegetable farm. Vehicle and equipment parking, all in support of Permittee’s agricultural business.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., November 20, 2023, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the Permit. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
