PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Terminal Lease ADA-32547, a month to month terminal lease agreement for Storage Room SA1260, 328 square feet in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.  APPLICANT: Delta Air Lines, Inc. TERM: Until June 30, 2028. The current month-to-month terminal rental rate is $86.85 per square foot/per year, billed monthly AUTHORIZED USES: Storage to support Delta Sky Lounge.

This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Leasing Office located in in the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.  Comments or competing applications may be submitted in writing to: Attn: Brandi Reinhardt via email at brandi.reinhardt@alaska.gov or mailed to the Leasing Office, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, P.O. Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but must be received before 4:30 P.M. on or before November 2, 2023, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
