Fairbanks Area Surface Transportation (FAST) Planning will hold the FFY25-26 FAST Improvement Program Subcommittee Meeting on Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 1-3 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to recommend a bundle of projects to the Technical Committee and Policy Board for the FFY25-26 FAST Improvement Program.
