Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Alaska State Board of Psychologists and Psychological Associates Examiners.

On August 18, 2023, the Alaska State Board of Psychologists and Psychological Associates Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 60 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations updated concern the application requirements for courtesy licenses and establish new telepsychology standards of practice.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on September 18, 2023, and will go into effect on October 18, 2023. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 248, January 2024 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
