Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) filed TA177-122 and TA179-126 for its water and sewer utilities, respectively, proposing 2023 Levy Upon Connection (LUC) assessment rates. Under AWWU’s water and sewer tariffs, in certain circumstances, a parcel served by a water main or sewer line is subject to a LUC water or sewer assessment at the LUC rate for the year of construction. A summary of the past and proposed LUC water and sewer assessment rates is shown below.
