ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD SPECIAL MEETING

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes 04.06.050, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is holding a special meeting on September 29, 2023, to consider its agenda covering regulations projects and other license application matters that may come before it. At this meeting, the Board will take oral testimony on the adoption of a new chapter (305) under Title 3 of the Alaska Administrative Code.

The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, September 29, 2023, via Zoom.
