INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for DMVA Kulis Building 52 Interior Renovation, Project Number 25C0941602, will be received before 2:00 p.m., September 20, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project renovates two existing maintenance bays, main entrance office and adds mezzanine, exterior stairs and various remodeling work. The project includes two (2) additive alternates. Additive alternate 1 constructs a mezzanine to create space for additional office space and additive alternate 2 renovates the existing men’s bathroom.

A nonmandatory pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for September 13, 2023 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Please submit name and email address to Project Manager Ashley.devore@alaska.gov 24 hours in advance.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be September 13, 2024.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
