PROPOSAL TO ADVANCE LIMITED RIGHT-OF-ENTRY PERMIT
AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute an Advance Limited Right-Of-Entry Permit at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 110, Lot 6, containing approximately 228,000 square feet. The file number is ADA-90948 / 690EG4-24-L-00010, and the permittee is the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The term of the permit is 365 days upon execution of the permit by Permittor and Permittee, in effect until the expiration or cancellation of the Permit, or until a new land use permit or lease covering the Premises is executed by both parties, whichever comes first. Due to the limited nature of the Permittee’s Authorized Uses, rent and all other fees normally required are waived during the term of this Permit.
Written comments or competing applications must be received by 5 p.m., October 6, 2023, after which the airport manager will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
