Service Door Replacement

Project No. ANC 24-11C

You are invited to submit a quote to provide all labor, supervision, materials and permits to; Remove and replace 1 service door, 1 exterior entrance door and an additive alternate for a second interior door replacement, along with associated access and ADA hardware at the Sitka Pioneer Home in Sitka, AK.

A Pre-Bid walk through is scheduled for Thursday September 7, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the Sitka Pioneer Home (SPH).  Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.  Please meet in the main lobby located at 120 Katlian Street, Sitka, AK 99835.

Quotes must be received before 2:00 PM local time September 28, 2023, by EMAIL Only at the address listed in the bid documents.

The project completion date is: 90 days after award.
