Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska Power Company (APC) filed TA909-2, a revenue requirement study based on a 2022 test year. With TA909-2, APC proposes an interim and refundable across-the-board rate increase of 15 percent, effective October 1, 2023. APC further requests a permanent across-the-board rate increase of 24.68 percent, to be effective upon completion of the rate case. A selection of the current and proposed interim rates are shown in the table below.
