TERM: September 9, 2023, through June 30, 2028. Current Terminal rent rate is $86.85 s.f./yr and Aircraft Ramp Rental Rate is $1.85 s.f./yr.  AUTHORIZED USES: Operations for Kenai Aviation Operations LLC at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.
