This competitive solicitation is the product of the multi-state sourcing team led by Kaliska King in the State of Oregon. This sourcing team comprises of procurement professionals and subject matter experts from Oregon, Utah, Michigan, Washington, Florida, and Massachusetts.

The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, and institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual chief procurement official and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.

All offeror proposals must be submitted by Monday, September 25, 2023, at 12 PM, Pacific Time. The resulting Master Agreement(s) will replace the current Facilities MRO Contracts, expiring 6/30/24.
