The Department of Administration, Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM), is soliciting bids for a non-mandatory, multiple award term contract to provide document scanning and digitization services with indexing capabilities as specified in this solicitation document. This solicitation can potentially award up to three separate scanning and digitization contracts, one for the Anchorage area, one for the Juneau area, and one for the Fairbanks area. Please refer to Section 2.01 “Scope of Work” for additional details.

Contracts shall be considered non-mandatory for all Executive Branch Agencies. All other State of Alaska governmental entities may also purchase from the contract resulting from this ITB such as the Alaska Legislative Branch, the Alaska Court System, the University of Alaska, Boards and Commissions, and State of Alaska political subdivisions – cities, boroughs and school districts, and federally recognized tribes.

Bids must be received no later than 10:00am Alaska Time on August 30, 2023. Late bids will be considered non-responsive and not opened or accepted for evaluation.

Offerors must submit their bid via email, the bid may be emailed to Joshua.Hartman@alaska.gov and must contain the ITB number (2024-0200-0079) in the subject line of the email.
