Summary: The Alaska Department of Health, Division of Public Assistance, Child Care Program Office is soliciting proposals from highly qualified individuals or organizations to conduct an update to the current comprehensive statewide needs assessment, post Covid-19, examining the mixed delivery system of early care and learning services for low-income, vulnerable, or disadvantaged and rural Alaska children ages prenatal through twelve and their families.
