NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF
THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD Eff. 8/23/2023

On July 6, 2023, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 304. The regulations concern alternating licensed premises.

The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on July 24, 2023, and are effective on August 23, 2023. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.

The regulation changes will first appear in Register 247, October 2023, of the Alaska Administrative Code.

Updated unofficial regulations will be posted on AMCO’s website no later than 8/23/2023.
