The proposed authorization under general permit AKG528000, Seafood Processors Operating Onshore Facilities in Kodiak, Alaska, authorizes new mixing zones as follows:

DEC has tentatively determined to issue an authorization to Kodiak Fishmeal Company to discharge under the general permit for the activity described above.
