NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF
DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WORKFORCE AND DEVELOPMENT
On May 12th, Department of Labor Workforce & Development, Occupational Safety and Health, adopted regulations in 8 AAC 61.530. The regulations concern changes of days to send a response to the determination.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on June 23rd, and are effective on July 23rd.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 247, October 2023, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
