NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF
DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WORKFORCE AND DEVELOPMENT
On February 7th, Department of Labor Workforce & Development, Wage and Hour, adopted regulations in 8 AAC 15.126 & 8 AAC 15.910. The regulations concern minimum wage exemptions for non-profit residential summer camp employees.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on March 3rd, and are effective on April 2nd.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 246, July 2023, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
