The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that PTE Pipeline, LLC (PTEP) filed TL11-746, seeking to revise its intrastate petroleum transportation rate. PTEP has requested an effective date of August 1, 2023. The current and proposed rates are shown below.
