INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Peninsula District Paving, Contract Number 23-25-1-002, will be received before 2:00 p.m., July 19, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This State-funded contract is to perform asphalt paving and maintenance work on State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities roadways within the Kenai Peninsula District boundaries, on an as-needed basis.

The State may opt to offer renewal of this contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for the initial period of performance. The contract completion date will be January 31, 2024.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
