NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25232085 – Energy Savings Performance Contracting – Fish Hatcheries 

The Contractor shall perform energy retrofits to fish hatcheries located in Anchorage and Fairbanks.  The Department is requiring the following services:  Investment grade energy audits and comprehensive energy services, design, financing assistance, installation, modification, and commissioning of new or existing energy systems, verification and reporting of energy savings and guarantee of energy savings.  The Contractor will be required to guarantee energy savings and provide ongoing monitoring and verification services to document that the predicted savings are being achieved.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately August 2023 to August 2026.  Cost of all potential services to be accomplished under this agreement is expected to be greater than $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available June 28, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than August 2, 2023, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
