REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed proposals for Lemon Creek Correctional Center Structural Repair & Renovation CM/GC, Project Number 25C2023065, will be received until 4:00 p.m., June 30, 2023 in the office of the Chief of Contracts at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) invites proposals from general construction contractors to serve as "Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC)" for the Lemon Creek Correctional Center Structural Repair & Renovation Project in Juneau, Alaska.  This State funded project will provide structural repairs, interior renovations, and building systems upgrades at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center in Juneau, AK.  The CM/GC procurement is intended to encompass all materials, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary for the complete construction of the project, including any pre-construction related services during design. See Attachment A within the RFP for more information.

The Engineer’s Estimate for the complete project is between $5,000,0000 to $10,000,000.
