The ARMB Audit Committee will meet on Wednesday, June 14^th, at 9:00 a.m., to review and discuss audit plans, updates, timelines, reports on delinquent/ late filing employers, SOC1 (Service Organization Controls) reporting, personnel structures, and other matters to properly come before the committee. 

The ARMB Defined Contribution Plan Committee will meet Wednesday, June 14^th, at 10:00 a.m. or immediately following the Audit Committee if it runs over, to review and discuss analysis of managed accounts, update from Treasury Division, the Chief Pension Officer’s report, recordkeeper fees, report on PERS and TRS social security, status of Metcalfe conversion, Empower update, and other matters to properly come before the committee. 

The ARMB Actuarial Committee will meet Wednesday, June 14^th, at 1:00 p.m., to discuss actuary reports, actuary reviews, and other matters to properly come before the committee. 

The ARMB Operations Committee will meet Wednesday, June 14^th, at 3:00 p.m. or immediately following the Actuarial Committee if it runs over, to review and discuss status of search for Investment Advisory Council (IAC) member, FY24 budget, staff recruitment and retention, 2024 meeting calendar, travel policies, and other matters to properly come before the committee.

The ARMB Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, June 15^th and Friday, June 16^th beginning at 9:00 a.m. daily. The meeting will include the following: reports on fund financials, actuarial action items, performance measurement, fiduciary training, presentations on multi-asset and private debt investments, asset allocation, action items, and other business to properly come before the trustees.

All above listed ARMB meetings will be held at the Atwood Conference Center, Rooms 102 & 104, located at 550 W. 7^th Ave., Anchorage. Public seating for these meetings is limited and the public is encouraged to attend the ARMB Committee meetings and Board of Trustees’ meeting by phone.  Opportunities to provide public comment are offered near the beginning and end of each meeting, for additional details, please refer to the meeting agendas. If you wish to testify during one of the meetings, please notify the ARMB Liaison Officer. Public comment may also be sent to the ARMB Liaison Officer via email for distribution to the ARMB Trustees.
