AMENDED: PROPOSAL TO AMEND A LEASE OF TERMINAL SPACE

AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

(From 18-month term/March 30, 2025 to 24-month term/September 30, 2025)

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, has received a request to amend In-Terminal Rental Car Concession Agreements ADA-90808, ADA-90809, ADA-90810, ADA-90811 and ADA-90812 at Fairbanks International Airport.  The lessee is Alaska Rent A Car Inc (90808), Copper River Rentals LLC (90809), EAN Holdings LLC (90810), and Rental Services LLC (90811 and 90812).  The existing agreements will expire on September 30, 2023, and the proposed amendments would extend the term of the leases by 24 months through September 30, 2025.  This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extensions without competition.

The Department reserves the right to correct technical defects in the premises description, lease term, or the purposes of any amendment issued and may reject any or all comments.
