It is the intent of the Contracting Agency to secure three (3) term agreements for professional services in the area of hazardous waste assessment, investigation and clean-up.  These services include, but are not limited to, site assessments, site cleanup, and disposal of contaminated materials; contamination remediation, building demolition and abatement, risk assessment, and regulatory agency coordination.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated initial period for performance for the Agreements is approximately July 2023 to June 2025.  The initial agreements will be $1,000,000 each for the initial two year term.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available May 25, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than June 15, 2023, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
