Security Guard Services for Anchorage Pioneer Home ITB 2023-2600-0236

The Anchorage Pioneer Home is seeking bids from qualified firms to provider nightly security guard services to patrol the grounds and monitor the entrance between 6pm-6am,7 days a week. 

Bids are due by 1400 (Alaska Time) on June 16, 2023.  [Extended from 6/14 under Amendment 3.] The preference is for bids to be submitted via email to FCS.FMS.Vendor.Response@alaska.gov  {email corrected under Amendment 3]    All bids will be opened at 1430 on June 16, 2023, at the offices of the Department of Family and Community Services, 5th Floor of the Court Plaza Building in Juneau. 

Copies of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) may be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat format from this online public notice website.  If you download the ITB, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments.  Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer. 

A hard copy of the ITB is available upon request from the Procurement Officer.
