The Contractor shall provide survey & related services for six different airports.  The services include Post-Construction Surveys for McGrath, Kasigluk, Atmautluak, and Nunapitchuk; and Design Surveys for Talkeetna and Chenega Bay Airport.  Airport Property Plans are also required for McGrath and Chenega Bay.  The Contracting Agency reserves the right to add Airport Layout Plan services to the contract as well for the listed six (6) airports.  In addition, provided construction of the Talkeetna and Chenega Bay Airport projects begins in the summer of 2025 or earlier, the Department also reserves the right to add post-construction surveys for Talkeetna and Chenega Bay Airports to this contract.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately June 2023 to June 2025.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available May 19, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than June 9, 2023, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
