Electronically submitted quotes will be received from qualified, responsible firms for furnishing all labor, material, plant and equipment to accomplish the Work described below in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Quote.

A pre-bid conference will be conducted followed by an onsite walk through. The pre-bid conference will be held May 16, 2023 at 10:00 am. Immediately following the conference an onsite walkthrough of the project location will take place on May 16, 2023 10:05 am, at the UAA Edward & Cathryn Rasmuson Hall Building at 3416 Seawolf Drive, Anchorage, AK 99508.

Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to renovate the UAA Rasmuson Hall as defined in the design documents titled UAA ISER Relocation to RH dated April 7, 2023.

Specified Dates are as follows:
Pre-Bid Conference: May 16, 2023 @ 10:00 AM
Alternate Brand Request Due: May 16, 2023 @ 2:00 PM
Questions Due: May 19, 2023 @ 2:00 PM
Last Date to Issue Addenda: May 21, 2023
Quotes Due: May 25, 2023 @ 2:00 PM

Should your quote be accepted, work is to start upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and be diligently prosecuted to completion by September 30, 2023.
