Notice of Public Hearing and Public Comment Period

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation Resolution No. 2023-02

The public is invited to participate and comment on the proposed Regulation amendment to 15 AAC 151.640 authorized by AHFC Board Resolution #2023-02. The purpose of the amendment is to amend the maximum term of the Second Mortgage Program.   

The public hearing will be held:

Wednesday May 16, 2023, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

All comments must be received by June 7th at 5:00 pm to be considered as part of this public comment period.
