REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for ANC Gate N7 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacement, Program Number AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-2023/CFAPT01076, will be received before 4:00 p.m., May 16, 2023 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract requires the Contractor to provide the necessary design and construction services, as required, to construct the replacement of a new apron drive passenger boarding bridge (PBB) at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport North Terminal Gate N7.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be April 15, 2024.

A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. Meet at the North Terminal Lobby near the chrome sculpture to be escorted through the work areas.  Bring safety vest.  Contact Jesse Campbell at jesse.campbell@alaska.gov a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site visit to attend.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
